Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY All appointments at Studio PrimaVera must be booked through our online booking system or directly with Studio PrimaVera. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment. CONSULTATIONS A $50 refundable deposit is required to reserve your consultation appointment. Your consultation is complimentary. The $50 deposit is collected only to secure your appointment time and will be fully refunded at the time of your consultation. If you choose to proceed with a treatment, you may also request that the $50 deposit be applied toward your scheduled service. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (no-show), the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be forfeited. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. No deposit = No appointment reserved. TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS A $100 deposit is required to reserve your treatment appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. No deposit = No appointment reserved. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled to ensure sufficient time and the highest quality of service. In this case, the original deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service. • Treatment recommendations, pricing, and the estimated number of sessions for scar revision, stretch mark revision, camouflage, areola restoration, and other corrective procedures are determined individually. • Some treatments may require multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. • Results and healing vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. • By booking an appointment with Studio PrimaVera, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and cancellation policies.
